Optionable Inc. (OPBL) - Is this the next ICE?

This stock has been skyrocketing since it's OPEX platform has been released.  I am wondering what experienced option traders think the OPEX platfrom and the company.

I hate penny pushers too, but this is not a penny push. 



This is a serious question in regards to the energy derivatives market, which is why I posted it on this quantative finance message board.

I think they are too late to corner the electronic trading market, especially with such a narrow focus.  And I can't see how they will increase the liquidity much in these already liquid markets.  Who would use them?

Starting an exchange is notoriously difficult. Moving liquidity is quite a formidable challenge. So my bet would be that this ain't going nowhere slow.
