Shortly I will be giving a course in a very small island country on bond markets - how and why various things exist, and how to price them and/or develop value plays. I thought it appropriate to talk a bit about what has to be done to develop the market i.e. to kick start secondary market liquidity.
For these purposes I was searching on the internet for what could broadly be described as case studies and I came across this article about Singapore.
There is also this along similar lines.
I’d be interested to know if anyone has any comments - or a written source of information - about the subsequent time period - these things may date quickly (if what they preach happens at all) and those articles do date from 2002/2003.
Thanks

I'll have a look around to see if I have other items of relevance.
