Need an employment lawyer to review a contract

I may need to review an employment contract in the nearest future, mostly because of a probable non-compete clause. Can anyone suggest a good employment lawyer in London who could be trusted with this?

I don't know - the very small sample of only me says no, but I never tried to push it either. It's a bit tricky to agree on given they act for you and you may value the service highly and be willing to get best advice money can buy but the hiring company may not see it that way.

How much can I expect such advice to cost? Of the order of £500?

Depends on complexity. But the Fox guys are more 500/hour kind of lawyers.. As I said, expensive but know their stuff.
