errr...the hell does that even mean? It's not even clear if it alludes to risk being managed or Risk being managed.

To ComteZero: indeed... one hears some of the hits were taken, but who knows if all? etc.

Certain other places did some funny tricks, e.g. moving stuff around, kitchen sinking, etc, but who knows.
