A bone question but where have people found the best on-line trading sites for the less liquid pairs? I want to leg very slowly into long RUB, for example.

RUB futures trade on CME though liquidity is low. I don't think there is any FX provider that would let you trade ND currencies offshore.

you can trade USD/RUB and EUR/RUB on LMAX.

I've missed the USD/RUB as it's rallied to 72 from 78 when I wrote that. I'll wait for the next leg down in a few months.
