based on a comment in there it seems that they have a way to increase the size of your data stream - not sure if it is some artificially imposed limit you start with or if the issue tptspecial mentioned would still play a role. maybe worth asking them about to see if you can get some extra detail. opmtrader also mentions Genesis in there.
