Ghana stock exchange

Can anyone tell me anything about any stock exchanges in Ghana? Are there many exchanges? Are the securities traded on them able to be priced reliably? Does anyone have any knowledge of the topic or know where I could find more information?
edit: As far as I know the Ghana Stock Exchange is the only one, and it looks like there are only 30 companies listed, very low volume trades. I guess what I am mainly concerned about is the reliability of prices, being able to verify the value of investments by a mutual fund in companies listed on the GSE (which I assume is the only exchange). I know this is probably not getting any replies but if anyone has any experience at all with the topic I'd appreciate any information I can get.
