I'm a 1st class CS student in a five year program specializing in AI. I've been interested in computational finance for several reasons. I did two internships one at an ERP software company, the other at a social/economic research house where I did some simple statistical analysis using SPSS.
and the question is obvious: do I stand a chance?
I'm interested in the likes of CMU, Haas, Columbia, i.e: the good ones out there
mind you I'm no american, and where I come from there's no such thing as an investment bank or a trading house, meaning: I couldn't have gotten any better or more related internships.
