I trained an algorithm to dream up fake chinese characters by training it on a stroke-order database of chinese characters.

Cool! I don't know kanji but some of the stroke "subcharacters" appear to be actual subcharacters of kanji characters Is that right? Or are there novel subcharacters as well? What is the precise formulation of the program?

some of the subcharacters definitely look real. Like *big* and *man* and other stuff.
