So, I keep poking in the HFT stuff and found this Patent I would like to know from the people that has the knowledge, how is it possible to write a patent in a systematic way of doing things?

yes svisstack is right, we discussed this one a while ago. this particular patent is patently absurd; amongst other things, assuming people doing cross exchange arb are using exactly their idea, how would they actually enforce such a patent?



I drilled down to do a quick and dirty due diligence of one of the authors. He seems sort of full of shit.
