For preparing for quant or tech interviews? Thoughts welcomed.

I think both have nothing to help you with the "quant" side of the quant interview. And I do not know of any "formal" source of quant problems rather than Joshi or Glassdoor.

But for Algorithms & DS I prefer LC because it has more straight formulations. Also, many algo&ds questions from FAANG are sourced almost directly from LC with little to no adjustments.
