I am dealing with some headhunters and they are asking wether i am looking for....

Quantitative Analysis

Quantitative Development

Quantitative Research?

Could someone please explain to me the differences.

A developer of automated stat trading systems or a macro quantitative asset allocation system developer would fall in which of the categories?

the third - in the sense that I (we) would look at it...but that's only one opinion and others will doubtless differ.
