historical list of non-shortable securities

Hi,

for backtesting purposes I'm looking for a historical list of stocks which are not shortable. I've found the following sources (Nyse and Nasdaq), which list all non-shortable stocks for each day. Problem is that they only go back to 2005.

NYSE threshold securities

Nasdaq threshold securities

Do you have any source for such data prior to 2005 ?
